What counts as an invoice?

Any invoice you create counts toward your monthly limit — drafts, sent, and paid all count. Limits reset on the first of each month.

Can I use just one product?

Yes. Invoice has a free tier and standalone paid plans. Payroll is a standalone $29/mo plan. Books is only available as part of the Full Suite bundle.

What payment methods can my clients use?

Fire Wallet (MobileCoin) for instant, zero-fee payments. You can also enable PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and ACH bank transfer — Fire displays your payment details and never processes the payment itself.

Are there any payment processing fees?

Fire Wallet payments are completely free — no percentage, no flat fee. ACH bank transfers are also free to receive. External payment methods like PayPal and Venmo are subject to those platforms' own fees.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade mid-month you're charged a prorated amount. If you downgrade you keep your current plan's features until the end of your billing period.

Is my data private?

Yes. Sensitive data — client emails, payment details, line items — is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before reaching our servers. We cannot read your data. No analytics platform can access it.

Do I need a bank account?

No. Fire Wallet payments go directly to your MobileCoin wallet — no bank required. If you want to receive ACH transfers, you can provide banking details in Settings, but this is optional.

What is Fire Books?

Fire Books is a unified ledger that pulls data from Invoice and Payroll automatically. It generates P&L reports, tracks categories, and includes an AI bookkeeper. It's available as part of the Full Suite bundle.
